These are 100% handmade commissions made with care. Costs include for materials, creating and testing the pattern and embroidery files (x amount of times), cutting the pieces, sewing & stuffing.Please keep in mind these are not set prices and meant to be estimates. Prices may vary depending on complexity of commission request. For further info and details feel free to contact me.Before sending your request with the commission, please carefully read my Terms of Service. If something is unclear, don't hesitate to ask.By requesting a commission it means you've acknowledged, read, understood and agreed to my terms.

COMMISSION TYPES

Plush CharmsThis commission type will start at a base price of $60. You can order multiple Plush Charms of the same design if you’d like. Any additional Plush Charm of the same initial design would be half of initial order (starting at $30+ per additional charm). They may be requested to be different fabric colors if available or thread colors. This does not include shipping costs.All Plush Charms are approximately 6 cm – 9.65 cm ( 2 inch – 3.8 inch) big. Charms are made of Minky fabric with embroidered details on the front. The backside is one single color.

Plush Chibi CharaThis commission type will start at a base price of $170. This does not include shipping costs.All Plush Chibi Chara are approximately 12.7 cm - 13.97 cm (5 inch - 5.5 inch) tall with embroidered faces and details. They are mostly machine sewn and finished handsewn. Accessories can either be attached with magnets or glue/sewn on. The outfits will only have embroidery details on the front. The backside is one single color.

Embroidered PatchThis commission type will start at a base price of $20 for up to 5 thread colors. Any additional Embroidered Patch of the same initial design would be half of initial order (starting at $10+ per additional patch). This does not include shipping costs.All Embroidered Patch are approximately 6 cm – 9.65 cm (2 inch – 3.8 inch) They will have iron-on patch backing. It is recommended to sew patch for extra security.

TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read this section before submitting a request! The order form is at the bottom of this page.You must be 18 years or older to order.

1 - GENERALClient must provide a clear commission request with relevant details written & image references.For plush of original characters, you must own the character or have permission from the owner to have it made.Complex details may result in additional fees. These may include, but are not limited to: gradients in design, complex accessories/ornaments, heavily detailed outfits.*Note
Plush details are limited due to small size. 100% accuracy is not possible and your character may not perfectly reflect their reference.

2 - RIGHTSI reserve the right to decline your commission for any reason.I reserve the right to use your commission as an example for future commissions and for portfolio display.I reserve the right to post pictures of your commission to social media. If it must remain undisclosed until a specific date, I will wait until after that date. If no work in progress or final pictures are to be released at all, there will be an additional cost.I reserve the right to add my logo tag to finished products. If client requests no tag, there will be an additional cost.The client cannot claim to be the original creator or artist of the plush.The client cannot use images or the plush in any blockchain-related technology, to include NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space. THERE IS NO ALLOWANCE OF ANY AI ART IN ANY FORM.

3 - TURN AROUND TIMEAt this time, my commissions takes about a month to complete once the plush is started. This is not a guarantee. Depending on complexity of design and whether I have the fabric colors on hand will affect completion. I cannot guarantee completion dates, but if you have a timeframe in mind, please let me know when you request a quote or commission me.

4 - MATERIALS AND ALLERGENSMy plush are made with minky fabric and filled with polyfil. They may also contain plastic pellets for weight, cottons, knits, suedes, and other clothing fabric.
Plush are made in a smoke-free, pet friendly home (cats).

5 - PAYMENTFull payment in USD required (PayPal invoice or Ko-fi order) before I begin your commission.

6 - REFUND AND RETURNSNo returns are offered.A refund is possible only if I haven't started to work your commission or if I decide to cancel the commission.Filling a chargeback against me leads to no more possibility of buying from me and you'll be part of the blacklist.

6 - SHIPPINGClient will be notified when commission is complete and ready to be mailed out.I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages. All shipments are sent with a tracking number except for custom embroidered patches. Shipping is a separate cost. I am not responsible for customs charges.Please note longer delivery times due to Covid.

7 - REVISIONSOverall design will be discussed with the client before work begins. Revision opportunities will only be provided for eye/face design confirmation. There is a max of 2 major revisions before an additional charge may incur.If revisions are requested after the plush is completed, the client will be charged an additional cost, the amount of which is at my discretion.
